Unseasonably early cold wave alert

We're still around two months away from Winter here in the nation, but on Tuesday, a cold wave alert was issued for the eastern regions, an unseasonably early advisory.
The first frost of the season was reported in Daegwallyeong, Gangwon do province.
The weather agency called for residents in the affected regions to take special caution to protect crops, and to pay attention to personal health amid the rapid change in temperature.
