Corporates Disappointed By New Amendments In CSR

The new amendment in CSR provisions makes it mandatory for the companies to spend CSR amount in the same fiscal year or deposit in govt funds within 30 days at the end of fiscal year. Failing which, will attract a fine of Rs 50,000 to Rs 25 lakhs and three years in jail
