Jallianwalla Bagh: 'Shameful Scar On British History'

On the centenary of the Jallianwalla Bagh massacre, homage was paid by a host of dignitaries including the PM, Punjab CM and Congress President. Also present was the British High Commissioner, who said the massacre was a shameful scar on British history
