Rice boiled ½ kg Chicken ½ kg Green peas 1 cup Potatoes 2 Tomatoes 2 Carrots 2 Green chili 6 Butter 50 gm Black pepper 1 tsp Cumin 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Oil 4 tbsp Raisin as required
Paratha roll :
Ingredients
Parathay 4 Seekh kabab ½ packet Tomato ketchup ½ cup Green chutney ½ cup Onion chopped 1 Cabbage 1cup Black pepper ½ tsp Salt ½ tsp
Fry Machali: Ingredients: Boneless Fish ½ kg Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp Salt ½ tsp Black Pepper ½ tsp Vinegar 1 tbsp For Making Batter: Eggs 2 Milk ½ cup Carom Seeds ½ tsp Cumin Seeds (crushed) 1 tsp Salt ½ tsp Plain Flour ½ cup Corn Flour 2 tbsp Oil (for frying) as required
