Boris Johnson compares Parliament to a reality TV show

Boris Johnson delivers his keynote speech on the final day of the Conservative Party conference in Manchester. The Prime Minister said that if Parliament "were a reality TV show then the whole lot of us would have been voted out of the jungle". On the Irish backstop issue, the PM said "we will under no circumstances have checks near or at the border".
