World's longest waterslide at 1.1km makes a splash in the Malaysian jungle

The one of it's kind water slide in Malaysia's Escape Theme Park in Penang, has made a splash after being recognised as the world's longest, measuring 1,111 metres or 3,645 feet (0.62 miles) from beginning to end. The downhill journey, through the Penang forest, lasts for around four minutes and starts from an elevation point of 70 metres (230 feet) above the ground, ending in a large outdoor swimming pool.
