Haryali Malai Boti:
Ingredients
Boneless Chicken ½ kg Raw Tomatoes 1/2kg Yogurt 1cup Green Chili Paste 4 tbsp Oil 4 tbsp Papaya Paste 1 tsp Cumin Seeds (roasted) 1 tsp Chaat Masala 1 tsp Garlic Paste 1 tbsp Turmeric ½ tsp Salt ½ tsp Lemon Juice 2 tbsp Coriander,Mint Leaves 1 cup Method: Marinate chicken with yogurt, garlic paste, papaya paste, cumin seeds, chaat masala, turmeric, salt , lemon juice and leavae it 1 hour. Now heat wok add raw tomatoes. Then marinated chicken, cover it and cook on low flame for half an hour. When chicken are tender, removes from the stove. Now add butter, green chilies and let it simmer for 10 mintes. Hayali Malai Boti is ready.
Kashmiri Mutton pulao:
Ingredients Mutton ½ kg Rice ½ kg Carrot ½ kg Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp Raisins 4 tbsp Clarified butter ½ cup Salt 1 tsp Almonds 100 gram Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp All spice powder 2 tsp Onion 1 Oil 2 tbsp Sugar 2 tbsp Method Boil mutton with ginger garlic paste. Now fry onion in clarified butter till golden brown then add mutton and salt. When it gets boil then add soaked rice, all spice powder and crushed black pepper then cook and leave it on dum. Now cut carrot in length then add raisins, almonds, oil and sugar in it and cook for 2 minutes. Then add this in simmered rice and turn off the flame. Mix them and take out in dish.
Cheese balls samosa:
Ingredients
Chicken cheese balls 1packet Spring onion 1cup Carrots 2 Capsicum 1 Black pepper 1tsp Salt 1tsp Cumin 1tsp Coriander 1tsp Mayonnaise 2tbsp Samosa patti 1packet Oil for frying
Method Fry the cheese balls and chop it , now chop the veggies finely, now mix veggies in cheese balls with all the ingredients , lastly fill this in samosa patti and fry .
