On the occasion of Mahatma Gandhi’s 150th birthday, India is celebrating Swachh Bharat Divas on October 2, and joining the initiative was the Indian cricket team, with its players sporting Swachch Bharat stickers on their sleeves during the first Test against South Africa in Visakhapatnam.
2 अक्टूबर को महात्मा गांधी के जन्मदिन के मौके पर गांधी जयंती मनाया जाता है. इसी ख़ास मौके पर भारत और साउथ अफ्रीका के बीच फ्रीडम सीरिज भी शुरू हुई है. पहला टेस्ट मैच विशाखापत्तनम के मैदान पर खेला जा रहा है. आपको बता दें, गांधी जयंती के इस शुभ अवसर पर भारतीय क्रिकेट टीम ने एक ख़ास कदम उठाया है. दरअसल, राष्ट्रपिता को याद करते हुए टीम इंडिया ने 'स्वच्छ भारत अभियान' में हिस्सा लिया है.
