This is one of the easiest and delicious fruit cake hack. Made using Fruits, Sugar Syrup, Bread Slices, and Whipped Cream, which are easily available at home, this cake is an answer to yours and families instant craving for cake. Watch how to make it and let us know in the comment section below.

Ingredients:
(Serves 2)
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 1/2 cup Water
- 1 Kiwi(chopped)
- 1 Orange(deskinned)
- 1/2 Apple(chopped)
- 2 tbsp Pomegranate Seeds
- 4 Bread Slices
- Whipped Cream

Method:
1. On a gas, take sugar & water in a saucepan and turn on the flame
2. Leave it to boil until the sugar melts completely
3. Once the sugar syrup is done, let it cool down
4. Now, add chopped kiwi, deskinned orange, chopped apple, pomegranate seeds to the sugar syrup; mix it and set it aside for 15 minutes
5. After 15 minutes, strain out all fruits and keep it aside in a bowl
6. Take regular bread slices and cut off its edges
7. Now, on a cake board apply some whipped cream and place one piece of bread on top of it
8. Soak that bread with 2 tbsp Sugar Syrup and apply whipped cream on that bread slice
9. Now, top it with some sweetened fruits which were kept aside
10. Add whipped cream on top of those fruits and spread it completely
11. Add one more piece of bread on top of that whipped cream and press it slightly
12. Again, soak the bread slice with the sugar syrup and repeat the same process
13. Once the layers are done, using the palette smooth-out all the sides
14. Except for the top layer, cover all the sides with the whipped cream
15. Now on the top layer, add sugar syrup and spread whipped cream over it
16. Using a piping bag add more whipped cream for decoration and add more sweetened fruit over it
