This bizarre video, now trending on YouTube, shows a rare lock being investigated by a collector in the US.
In the footage, captured by lock expert, ‘Bosnian Bill’, he explains that he’s never seen a lock of this type before.
The lock features an interesting keyway, in the shape of a serpentine, and a peculiar key, made from a chain, which needs to be 'injected' into the barrel.
Bill usually picks and takes locks apart in his 'lock lab' but this bolt, which was sent to him by a fellow collector, was too complicated and precious for the expert to experiment on.
