Jump Networks has gone ahead and bought close to around 18 percent stake from the promoter of OnMobile Global at a price of more than Rs 75. The current market price of the stock is below Rs 40. Ganesh Murthy, CFO of OnMobile Global discussed what kind of method they used to arrive at this price.
