According to the new rules, traffic police can cut the challan of third riding triple riding even to a child. More than two rides on a bike are considered overloaded in the amended motor vehicle law, which came into effect from September 1. There is no mention of exemption for the child in this.

न्यू मोटर व्हीकल एक्ट एक सितंबर से लागू हुआ .. नए नियमों के अनुसार ट्रैफिक पुलिस बच्चे को भी तीसरी सवारी ट्रिपल राइडिंग का चालान काट सकती है। एक सितंबर से लागू हुए संशोधित मोटर वाहन कानून में बाइक पर दो से ज्यादा सवारी ओवरलोड मानी जाती है। इसमें बच्चे के लिए छूट का कहीं कोई जिक्र नहीं है।
