Moon appoints six of his minister-level picks Monday, including Cho Kuk as Justice Minister

President Moon Jae-in has appointed six of his minister-level picks on Monday, including Cho Kuk, now a Justice Minister, who had been at the center of controversy over his family's alleged ethical lapses and illegal activities.
Also in the latest Cabinet shakeup the president has appointed Choi Ki young to lead the science ministry, Lee Jung-ok , as the gender equality minister, Eun Sung-soo as the nation's top financial regulator, Joh Sung-wook , as the chief of the Fair Trade Commission and Han Sang-hyeok as the head of the Korea Communications Commission.
The presidential spokesperson added that their terms began at the start of Monday the 9th.
The appointment ceremony is scheduled for two PM.
