2 Chinese nabbed in QC drug bust

MANILA – Two Chinese nationals were arrested in a buy-bust operation in Barangay North Fairview, Quezon City on Sunday evening. The suspects, identified as Benedict Ong and Benson Lao, were caught trying to sell P1.5 million worth of shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride) to an undercover agent of Quezon City Police District along Regalado Avenue. A total of five kilograms of shabu worth P25 million were seized from the suspects. The suspects are now detained in Camp Karingal. – report from Raia Capulong, ABS-CBN News
