Parts of Commonwealth Ave closed for INC event

MANILA - Religious group Iglesia ni Cristo is holding an event today that will require the closure of a portion of Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City. The section of the avenue from Sandiganbayan to Litex Road was closed off beginning midnight to accommodate the INC's evangelical mission. A counter flow scheme has been in place since 6 a.m. and will last until the end of the program. MORNINGS@ANC, March 28, 2014
