MANILA - A fire erupted at the sixth floor of the University of Santo Tomas Hospital in Sampaloc, Manila Tuesday morning. Authorities said the fire erupted at the laboratory area of the Outpatient Department of the hospital. As of posting, the fire was already declared out. No one was reported injured.
