All set for 2014 Panagbenga festival

Around 2 million visitors are set to join this year's Panagbenga festival in Baguio City. Nearly 1,000 policemen and more than 2,000 volunteers have been deployed for the flower festival and the float parade, with remote-controlled aircraft prepared to monitor the area.
