Haresco wants new NBI probe on SARO scam

The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) said Aklan Rep. Teodorico Haresco Jr. and four others should be sued for the alleged release of fake special allotment release orders (SAROs) worth hundreds of millions of pesos.
