The convoy securing Ruby Tuason, one of those charged in connection with the pork barrel and Malampaya fund scams, arrived at the DOJ compound at around 4:10 a.m. amid tight security by the NBI. Tuason, who has offered to turn state witness, may spill the beans on Senators Jinggoy Estrada and Juan Ponce Enrile, as she was the one who allegedly collected "kickbacks" for them. Estrada and Enrile have denied pocketing money from their pork barrel funds.
