MANILA – A grenade blast hit a travel agency in Pasay City before dawn on Thursday, with "riding-in-tandem" criminals being tagged as the perpetrators. A closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage captured two balaclava-wearing men on board a motorcycle passing by Jam Travel Services at the corner of Airline Road and Apollo Street in Barangay 198 at 1:54 a.m. After passing by the travel agency, the suspects are then seen at a nearby waiting shed after four minutes. One of the suspects then smashed the glass door of the travel agency and hurled a grenade inside it. No one was injured in the blast because the travel agency was already closed when the explosion occurred. The owner of the travel agency said she has no idea what could be the motive for the attack. – report from Jerome Lantin, ABS-CBN News
