The freezing weather in Mt. Pulag is attracting more tourists. State weather bureau PAGASA said the weather in Pulag, the country's third highest mountain, is usually 2 degrees Celsius lower than the temperature in Baguio City. - Umagang Kay Ganda, 14 January 2014
