MANILA – Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) traffic enforcers on Thursday apprehended several drivers for violating the speed limit along Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City. MMDA personnel, using speed guns, apprehended 11 drivers for violating the 60 kilometers per hour speed limit along the major thoroughfare. UV Express and taxi drivers were also apprehended.
