WATCH: Near riot stops España traffic

MANILA - Traffic came to a halt on España Boulevard after two groups of young people started threatening each other with steel pipes and broken bottles right in the middle of the busy street early Thursday. The two groups only dispersed upon the arrival of police. Residents complained the violence among youth gangs is becoming a problem. ABS-CBN Umagang Kay Ganda, November 28, 2013
