Napoles told to appear in Senate probe

The Senate has issued a subpoena for Janet Lim Napoles, the businesswoman in the center of the P10-billion pork barrel and Malampaya fund scams. The Senate Blue Ribbon committee says it sees no reason why Napoles cannot testify.
