Traffic again at a standstill along SLEX

MANILA - Waist-high floods on Tuesday morning continued to stall traffic at the South Luzon Expressway. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) reported, however, that floods are starting to subside, allowing vehicles to finally pass the on and off ramps of the Magallanes portion of the expressway. SLEX also saw stranded passengers on Monday, as tropical storm Maring continued to dump rains over Metro Manila and a major portion of Luzon.
