MANILA - For the first time in 3 years, no high ranking Customs official appeared at the Customs bureau's regular press briefing. Nonetheless, Justice Secretary Francisco Baraan announced that the Customs bureau is filing new complaints against alleged smugglers for bringing in 26 million pesos' worth of rice and sugar into the country.
