182 Kenyan students will be leaving to China to further their studies. Speaking during a farewell reception and the scholarship award ceremony held at the Chinese Embassy, the Cabinet Administrative Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ababu Namwamba said the partnership will enhance cultural and people to people relations between the two countries.
