Beef Baisani Kabab:

Ingredients

Mince ½ kg
Gram flour roasted 1 cup
Papaya 2 tbsp
Fried Onion 1 cup
Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
All Spice Powder 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Egg 1
Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
Star anise Powder ½ tsp
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Carom Seeds ½ tsp
Green Chili 4
Oil for frying
Method:
In chopper, add ½ kg mince, 1 cup fried onion, 4 green chilies, 1 tsp cumin seeds, ½ tsp carom seeds. Chop well.
After this add 1 cup fried gram flour, 2 tbsp papaya, 1 tbsp ginger garlic, 2 tsp all spice powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 egg, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1/ 2tsp star anise powder.
Mix well.
In the end make long kabab shape and fry in hot oil.


Cheese balls sandwiches:

Ingredients

Cheese balls 1packet
Burger buns 4
Mozzarella cheese ½ cup
Cheddar cheese ½ cup
Green chutney 1cup
Tomato ketchup ½ cup
Capsicum 1cup
Onion sliced 1cup
Oil for frying

Handi Gosht
Ingredients:
Shank Meat ½ kg
BBQ Sauce 2 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup 2 tbsp
Chopped Chili 1 tsp
Green Chili Paste 2 tbsp
Fried Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
All Spice Powder 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
For Making Masala:
Yogurt 1 cup
Butter 2 tbsp
Finely Chopped Green Chili 4
Salt as required
Lemon (Slice) 1
Method:
• First of all in bowl add ½ kg shank meat, 2 tbsp BBQ sauce, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 tsp chopped chili, 2 tbsp green chilies paste, 2 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp all spice powder, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste along with 2 tbsp smudge with oil and place in oven proof dish.
• Bake on 200 c for half an hour.
• For Making Masala: in 1 dish add 1 cup yogurt, 4 finely chopped green chilies, salt as required. Mix well.
• In clay pot add 2 tbsp oil,
• After this also add yogurt batter along with prepared meat.
• In the end serve with lemon slices.
