India's first REIT, Embassy Office Parks has declared its maiden quarterly results since listing. What's significant is that there's a dividend announcement of Rs 417 crore, which works out to Rs 5.4 per unit. Manisha Natarajan spoke with Mike Holland, chief executive officer of Embassy Office Parks REIT and asked him about the quarter gone by and their outlook going forward.
