Gyro Sandwich
Ingredients
For Tzatziki Sauce :
Cucumber (thinly sliced) 1
Yogurt 2 cup
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Pepper 1 ½ tsp
Mint (chopped) 2 tbsp
For Gyro Meat:
Beef Mince ½ kg
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Pepper 1 tbsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Pita bread 6
Onion (sliced) 1 large
Tomato (sliced) 2

Achaar Gosht

Ingredients:
Beef 1 kg
Garlic paste 2 tbsp
Ginger paste 2 tbsp
Tomato (medium) 6-7
Yogurt 1 ¼ cup
Green chili 4-6
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Clarified butter/oil 1 cup
Achaar gosht masala 1 packet

Method:
Set aside 1 tbsp achaar gosht masala to fill the green chilies. Then add 1 tbsp lemon juice to the masala, mix well and make a paste. Now cut slit green chilies and fill with the masala. Then marinate the beef with yogurt, ginger, lemon juice and swaad achaar gosht masala for about 30 minutes. Now heat clarified butter/oil and add garlic. Then add tomato, mix the masala and add the beef. Cook on low flame for about 15 minutes. Then add as required water and cook on medium heat until it is tender. Now add masala filled green chilies, cover and cook for about 10 minutes. Serve hot.

Masalaydar Daal Mash
Ingredients:
Bengal Gram Split (boiled) 1 cup
White Lentil (boiled) ½ cup
Garlic (chopped) 2 tsp
Tomato Paste 250 gm
Green Chilies 6
Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
Chaat Masala 2 tsp
Red Chili 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Fennel Seeds 1tsp
Cinnamon seeds 1 tsp
Nigella Seeds ½ tsp
Cumin Seeds 1tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 1 cup
Curry Leaves 6
Coriander 1 tbsp

Method:
In a pan, heat oil add garlic and fry.
Now add cinnamon seeds, nigella seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds and curry leaves.
When aroma comes add tomato paste.
Then add red chili, Coriander, turmeric, salt, curry leaves and fry.
Add both lentils and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
In the end, sprinkles coriander leaves, chaat masala and serve.
