Taking to twitter, in a lenghty rant, the pdp leader and former j&k cm who is under house arrest, wrote that those who placed faith in the Parliament have been deceived. and Those elements in j&k who rejected the constitution and sought resolution under the UN have been vindicated. she said This will exacerbate the alienation Kashmiris feel. in a statement, NC vice president omar abdullah who is also under house arrest said The move raises fundamental questions about the state's accession. The decisions are unilateral, illegal and unconstitutional and will be challenged by the NC, he said. GN Azad leading the Congress charge said that A border state, which is culturally, geographically, historically & politically different was bound together by Article 370. he alleged that the BJP govt scrapped 3-4 things only to fetch votes and that Political parties will fight & stand with J&K. KC Tyagi, of the JD(U) wich is a bjp ally, said that their chief Nitish Kumar is carrying forward the tradition of JP Narayan, Ram Manohar Lohia & George Fernandes. The jdu therefore is not supporting the Bill moved in the Rajya Sabha and they don't want Article 370 to be revoked.
