“Failon Ngayon” sees how the DOH makes a list of medicines and vaccines needed by most Filipinos. The program also learns about the process followed by the DOH when procuring medicines, and sifts through a COA audit report that flagged the health agency for millions worth of nearly expired and overstocked drugs.
