Rapper comes out as gay in new song that describes his struggle growing up in conservative Singapore

Singapore rapper Joshua Su, also known as The G3sha, came out to his parents through his latest song, I’m OK.  Su says he hopes the rap lyrics including “G-A-Y-B-O-Y OK”, will provide inspiration for young Singaporeans who are grappling with their sexuality. (Photo: AFP)
