Kim Geo-sung , a former president of Transparency International Korea, who'll be senior Secretary for Civic and Social Agenda,... and Hwang Deok-soon , who'll be senior secretary for jobs. The president is hoping the reshuffle will breathe some fresh life into the civil service.
