1. To make the dough, put all of the ingredients except the spinach and the tomato paste in a bowl and knead it. Cover with a clean, dry dish towel and let the dough rise for one hour.
2. Split the dough into three equal portions. One of them stays as it is while one is mixed with the tomato paste and the other with the boiled spinach.
3. Now roll the dough portions out on a floured surface. Make sure to keep the dough at a size that will fit into a baking pan. Lay the rolled out portions on top of each other with the uncolored portion at the bottom. Now roll them together. Put the roll in a baking pan and bake for 20 minutes at 370°F.
