It's time now for an in-depth look at the global markets on this Tuesday, and for that I'm joined on the line by Mr. Daniel Yoo, Global Strategist at Kiwoom Securities.

This week we'll see earnings from major tech companies, and there is apparently anticipation that earnings will be good. That led stocks on Wall Street higher Monday. Korean stocks mixed, but the KOSDAQ higher. What's the story today?
Low interest rate environment.
Better than expected economic growth rate
Continued growth in IT sector all indicate to a rally in growth stock.
As you mentioned, growth index, Nasdaq showed strongest growth. Upgrade was done by Goldman Sachs for Dram industry.
Kospi up half percent. Kosdaq still trust issue remains, fall by 1%.
Chinese market still having difficulty recovering.
Nikkei up 1% or more.
Later today, at the WTO in Geneva, discussions will begin on Japan's trade restrictions on Korea. Both countries have representatives there, so the whole world will get to see them make their cases. What should we be watching there in Geneva?
WTO General Board of the WTO opens today in Geneva, Switzerland.
With the participation of 164 countries around the world, Japan's export control issues will be discussed on a formal agenda at Korea's request.
It is the eleventh agenda among the total 14 agendas. The government dispatched Kim Seung-ho, the head of the trade and trade strategy department, who is in charge of WTO trade issues. The Ambassador of Geneva of the member state usually attended previous meetings, but Korea sent high-ranking officials considering the seriousness of the matter.
Kim is regarded as the so-called "trade expert", hope to get good results on dispute between Korea and Japan on the heels of the WTO.
The ministry will emphasized that Japan's measures is against the WTO agreement. Japan is expected to dispatch the Director of Economic Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, who is in charge of business affairs.
The Korean government is preparing to file a WTO complaint.
However, it is said that the WTO will not make a decision on the export control agenda of Japan directly.
On the other hand, Japan is taking steps to exclude Korea from the list of 'white countries', which are the favored exporting countries.
The government plans to send a written statement to the Japanese government that it is unfair to exclude Korea.
In China, Monday saw the launch of a new stock market that's being called the Chinese Nasdaq. In English, it's called the Star Market. The 25 stocks listed there on the first day rose an average of 140%. What does this mean for people investing in the Chinese market?
