A round-up of Paris Couture Week’s most extravagant looks.

Back on the runways, we saw a strong feminist message prevail in the fashion industry, highlighted by the designer-in-chief trio atop the three most revered couture houses. Dior’s Maria Grazia Chiuri, dubbed fashion’s feminist ambassador added a powerful manifesto with her beautiful, almost all-black collection. Chanel’s new artistic director Virginie Viard, made an intelligent high-fashion debut at the Grand Palais after Karl Lagerfeld’s death in February while Givenchy’s Clare Waight Keller presented a noble, modern collection.
