U.S. President Donald Trump's new point-man for East Asia and the Pacific, David Stilwell, has arrived in South Korea for a three-day stay.
He's scheduled to meet with senior foreign ministry officials on Wednesday... to discuss ways to further strengthen the bilateral alliance and boost cooperation in the Indo-Pacific region.
In an interview last weekend with Japanese broadcaster NHK, he was asked about possible American intervention in the trade dispute between Seoul and Tokyo.. to which he said, both sides should talk and reach a positive resolution.
