Steve Smith (85) battled hard to lift Australia to a fighting 223 against England in the 2nd semi-final of World Cup 2019 on Thursday. Chris Woakes (3/20), Adil Rashid (3/54) and Jofra Archer (2/32) were the pick of the bowlers for the hosts. Alex Carey (46) gave Smith good support and both added 103 runs for the seventh wicket before he fell to Rashid.
