South Korea's police chief Min Gap-ryong has expressed regrets over an assault on a Vietnamese woman by her Korean husband last week,... and promised a thorough investigation. Min met the Vietnamese minister of public security in Seoul earlier today and said he hopes the incident does not hamper ties between the two countries. In a video that went viral, the man was seen beating his wife in front of their two-year old son for not speaking Korean well. He is now under arrest.
