It is the court case that has rocked France - well almost. On one side - a retired couple who own a holiday home in the picturesque island of Oléron. On the other - a rooster called Maurice. The couple say he makes too much noise - and now they want the judicial system to sort it out. The BBC's Tim Allman has more.
