Home-raised wild wolves graduate to sheep guarding duties in Iraq

Shepherds from the town of Takiya, Sulaimani province, have domesticated six wolves, which they reportedly found in the wild five months ago in the arid mountains near the village of Bawapati Saru.
Aside from protection duties, these once-feral beasts are also playing companions of the children in the village with one of the shepherds saying that the wolves have not been the source of any problems.
