PSU banks are likely to receive a recapitalisation bonanza in the July 5th budget. Sources tell CNBC-TV18 that the Reserve Bank of India may get more powers to regulate NBFCs. It may also get to regulate housing finance companies for the first time, reports Sapna Das.
