German authorities have fined Facebook 2-million euros,...or some 2-point-3 million U.S. dollars for under-reporting complaints. According to Reuters, Facebook was slapped with fines for under-reporting the number of complaints about illegal content on its social media platform,... which is in violation of the country's law on internet transparency. Facebook has insisted that it has complied with the country's transparency obligations,... adding it reserves the right to appeal the ruling.
