S. Korea-U.S. summit to focus on DMZ meet-up with N. Korea's Kim Jong-un

Now, President Trump should be arriving at South Korea's presidential Blue House any moment now… let's go live to our Shin Se-min at the top office.
Semin, how's the Blue House getting ready for the summit?

A lot is taking place at such a short amount of time but here's what we know now.
Both Presidents Moon Jae-in and Donald Trump will be back in the room again together starting from 11AM that's less than 10 minutes from now for a small-scale summit meeting.
That would involve the two leaders and four additional attendees from each side.
We are expecting some sort of a live feed of the two leaders to come in shortly after the meet-and-greet.
And the extended meeting from 11-55,... also when we may be able to hear the leaders voices in between their summit meetings.
That's the meeting that will continue on to a working lunch.
The two leaders official statements after wrapping up their eighth summit meeting will be at around 1PM this afternoon,... where they will stand before the press for brief statements and a Q&A session.
For all we know,... in a couple of hours we should be able to learn whether or not there will be a meeting later today including North Korea's Kim Jong-un.
The presidential office late last night told reporters that they will announce the holding of the summit once it gets finalized.
So for what we know, we're still on the waiting end.

Se-min so we keep talking about potential summits with North Korea's Kim Jong-un at the border today.
What's the likelihood of that actually happening?

At this point,... 50-50.
The chief presidential secretary said late last night following the dinner between the leaders Moon and Trump that the two had a mutual understanding that meeting with Kim Jong-un will be a good thing.
But still,... there has not been a yes or no.
At the same time, there is also the possibility that President Moon might join his American counterpart at the DMZ after their summit meeting this morning.
So we're keeping a close tabs on what's to come and watch the developments shaping.
And as you would recall it all started out with Trump's open invitation on twitter,... calling on North Korean leader to meet him for a brief handshake while during his trip to the heavily fortified border of DMZ later today.
Whether or not North Korea's Kim Jong-un would take that offer still remains a big question.
