Expect fiscal deficit to rise to 3.6%, says experts

It is just about 8 days to go for the union budget. One of the most keenly observed numbers in each budget is the fiscal deficit. Upasna Bhardwaj, senior economist at Kotak Mahindra Bank and Ritika Manker, VP economist at Ambit Capital discussed their estimates.
