Hungry polar bear’s rare appearance in Siberian town raises climate change concerns

A polar bear which appeared to be starving was spotted in the Russian industrial city of Norilsk on June 18, 2019. The sighting was the first time a polar bear has appeared in the city in more than 40 years.
