- Crush 100gms Glucose biscuits.
- Mix with 30gms melted butter to make biscuit crumb.

In dessert bowl, layer:

- Biscuit crumb

- Chilled ready-made vanilla custard

- Sliced strawberries

- Drizzle of white chocolate ganache

Repeat until you reach the top!
