This just in, ...North Korea says the firing of 'short-range projectiles' on Saturday was a (quote) "normal self-defense military exercise".
The North's foreign ministry spokesperson told reporters in an interview carried by the North's Korean Central News Agency on Wednesday that the barrage of firing was not targetted at any country military, but was a regular self-defense military drill.
