Pres. Moon calls on military to fully implement inter-Korean military agreement

President Moon has instructed the South Korean military command to continue working to build trust with the North... by reducing tensions and implementing the two Koreas' military agreement.
This came on Friday as President Moon received a regular report from Defense Minister Jeong Kyeong-doo and other top military officials -- the first such report since a recent reshuffle.
They informed the president of plans to push ahead with the transfer of wartime operational control from the U.S.,... by maintaining strong ties with Washington.
To this, President Moon said the transfer, in close consultation with the U.S., needs to result in a stronger South Korean defense.
